The SGS 100 Graphics Machine, available through Glen Raven, is a compact unit consisting of two primary components: a vacuum system and heat source that create a secure bond between the Sunbrella fabric and the 3M™ Scotchcal™ ElectroCut™ Graphic film. First, Sunbrella fabrics are placed inside the unit on a flat surface. Then 3M film is positioned on top of the fabric. After the top of the unit is secured, the vacuum system pulls the fabric and film tightly together while heat lamps bond them together. The automated controls eliminate guesswork and assure high quality, consistent results every time. Plus, this revolutionary, cost-effective process allows you to create repeatable, multi-color graphics, striping, and complex logo displays quickly with no minimum fabric requirement. Because the Sunbrella Graphics System is so easy to use, it requires minimal training for certification, and like Sunbrella fabrics, the system comes with the best limited warranty in the business.

Warranty*

For Glen Raven Acrylics and 3M's opaque graphic films, applied with the Sunbrella Graphics System (SGS) Machine, by Certified Sunbrella Graphics System Manufacturers

The Sunbrella Graphics System Warranty is only valid when the Sunbrella Graphic System registration is submitted to Glen Raven within 10 days of the installation date. The SGS warranty is exclusively available to Certified SGS Manufacturers. Registration of each SGS decorated project is required to maintain the status of a recommended and Certified SGS Manufacturer.

What is Covered?

The warranty covers the Glen Raven acrylic fabrics**, and 3M graphic films from becoming unserviceable because of loss of color, strength, or adhesion of film to fabric from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. Graphics must be installed on a static fabric surface in order for the graphics adhesion warranty to apply. Glen Raven acrylic fabrics are covered for five years. Most 3M graphic films are covered up to 5 years for vertical exposure. However, the warranty varies according to the film series, individual color, type of processing, geographic location, and exposure angle for the face of the graphic. See the attached tables for the specific warranties pertaining to the 3M products.The SGS warranty runs from the date of original installation. Warranty claims can be initiated by calling the Glen Raven service desk at 1-800-788-4413. Glen Raven will supply you with your replacement fabric and film after verification that the claim is justified.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover frames, labor, or installation provided by the manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, cleaning solutions, paints, solvents, eradicable or other strong chemicals, improperly used high pressure washing equipment, mechanical washing equipment that subjects the graphic to frequent vigorous abrasive scouring action, engine fuels, engine exhaust, steam, oil, grease, tree sap, fire, structural failure, lightning or other natural forces or acts of God.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary state to state. Glen Raven makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever with respect to the goods being sold. There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face of this agreement.
