Last week Sunbrella Heritage fabric was awarded the Design Excellence Award from the International Casual Furnishings Association. The award is given to recognize products for their innovative design, unique use of materials, and marketability.
Heritage is the first furniture fabric in the Sunbrella Renaissance line of recycled products, and is made of both recycled and virgin fabrics. How does Sunbrella recycle their fabrics? Fabric, yarn, and fiber from the manufacturing facility and cutting table waste from customers are all broken up into color groups and then reduced back to their fiber states. This blend of new and recycled fibers ensures the performance expected of Sunbrella fabric.
Available in a variety of colors, Heritage is great for indoor and outdoor applications, and has recently been introduced into the contract market.
We are honored to be recognized by the ICFA with this award.

I am interested in purchasing some of the upholstery fabric to reupholster my sofas. Where I can one purchase it? I live in the east bay across from San Francisco. Thanks.
Hi Barbara. To find a store that has Sunbrella fabric available by the yard, please visit http://www.sunbrella.com/en/buy. Enter your zip code and check the box next to “Fabric by the Yard” to see all the stores in your area. Also, upholstery fabric can be purchased through Calico Corners (http://www.calicocorners.com).
